VINTAGE 1983 ARTPLY TENNYSON
This Tennyson dollhouse has been entirely reimagined, honoring itsoriginal architectural spirit while embracing a thoughtful, contemporary restoration. Every surface has been renewed with care, transforming the house from a familiar form into a refined, cohesive miniature dwelling. The renovation balances preservation and reinvention: original proportions and character remain intact, while updated finishes, crisp details, and a unified palette bring clarity and calm to the structure. Each room has been considered as part of a larger narrative—spaces that feel lived-in, intentional, and quietly expressive. More than a model, this dollhouse serves as a meditation on renewal. It reflects the beauty found in revisiting what already exists, revealing how time, attention, and craftsmanship can restore dignity and meaning to a once-forgotten home.
This exhibit is for sale (see Mini Acres), however, this house CAN NOT LEAVE THE EXHIBIT AREA UNTIL MARCH 8TH AFTER THE SHOW.

EARLY 1980'S DURACRAFT TUDOR
This Glencroft dollhouse has been fully renewed, its original form preserved while its exterior is thoughtfully reimagined. The traditional half-timbered façade has been replaced with a palette of moss green, soft cream, and stone, bringing a quieter, more grounded presence to the structure. In miniature, the house reflects the beauty of considered change—how updating materials and color can shift a familiar form without erasing its history. The past remains present, now steadied and unified, serving as a foundation for renewed life and meaning.
This exhibit is for sale (see Mini Acres), however, this house CAN NOT LEAVE THE EXHIBIT AREA UNTIL MARCH 8TH AFTER THE SHOW.

1988 HOUSEWORKS VICTORIAN
This Victorian dollhouse was constructed from plans published in Three Dollhouses in One Book by Houseworks in 1988. Begun but left unfinished in 1989, the structure remained in quiet suspension until its recent completion. In completing the house, traditional Victorian embellishments were intentionally minimized, allowing proportion, material, and continuity to take precedence. Finished in a deep wine red, with woodwork carried throughout the interior, the house feels held rather than adorned. In miniature, it stands as a record of return—an unfinished intention completed through care, restraint, and time.
This exhibit is also for sale (see Mini Acres), however, this house CAN NOT LEAVE THE EXHIBIT AREA UNTIL MARCH 8TH AFTER THE SHOW.
